Bank of Montreal Reduces Investment-Banking Jobs in Downturn |

| Bank of Montreal, Canada's fourth- biggest bank, is trimming investment-banking jobs because of the recent decline in the credit markets, spokesman Ralph Marranca said.
``We're growing businesses where we see potential for growth, we're cutting back in businesses where the market conditions are soft,'' Marranca said today in an interview.
